Qualifications and Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience as a Librarian, ideally in an IB school or international educational setting.
• Knowledge of the IB PYP, MYP, and DP frameworks.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in library management systems and digital resources.
• Proficiency in English language is a must.

Desirable

• A Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or related field.
• Teaching qualification or experience in delivering research and literacy workshops.
• Familiarity with multilingual and multicultural learning environments.
• Experience with inquiry-based learning methodologies.
