Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field.
• Recognized teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE, teaching license).
• Experience teaching within the IB PYP, MYP, or DP framework (or willingness to train).
• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to inquiry-based learning.

Desirable:

• Master’s degree in education or a specific subject area.
• Experience in multicultural or international school environments.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
• Familiarity with differentiation strategies for diverse learners.
